It's comforting to buy local, but he was very helpful during the process & after the process with any of my follow-up questions. Rich, at Silvertown Motors & Trailers, was extremely easy to work with. Because I was coming in from 90 minutes away, he coordinated the inspection and developed paperwork so that I was in and out quickly. He even came in on a Sunday so i could come after church and not have to take a day off from work. But he also took the time to go over all the trailer functions and help me ensure it was level and safe before I left. Why did I drive 90 minutes? Well thier prices are great and there service was known to be outstanding. Worth the drive.

I bought an equipment trailer from Rich at Silvertown Motors & Trailers. He had the best price around and I traveled over 2 hours to get it. He didn't have it in stock, but got it directly from Bwise in about a week. So if you need something that isn't on his website, reach out to him and see if he can get it for you. Great communication throughout the entire process as well.

I called to inquire about a trailer that was already on the lot and received a quote the very next day, even though I had called later in the afternoon. After reviewing the quote, I returned the following day and purchased the trailer.
The salesman answered every question I had, offered additional helpful advice, and made the entire process simple. All the paperwork was prepared in advance and ready for me to take to the DMV for registration.

Picked up a beautiful quality 5x8 enclosed trailer, and can't be more happy with it. Hassle free... super informative about everything related to the trailer, even had spare tires for sale. Will recommend for anyone looking. Rich was a great guy to deal with!!!! A+
